Before starting on a project, we take the time to get to know each other with a brief virtual chat ensuring we are a good fit. We will also take this time to define the problems you may be facing in your business and how we might be able to help move the needle on a few key metrics.

The Proposal
MEASURE
After defining the scope of the project, we will provide a custom solution for your project. With the proposal we will walk you through in greater detail what exactly we will do and provide a timeline for your investment. This is the start of all the fun and transformation for your business!

Doing the hard work
ANALYZE & IMPROVE
Once we have agreed on the key scope and the nitty gritty of the proposal, we Get. To. Work. A few additional and strategic key meetings may be scheduled depending on the scope of your project. In addition you will have access to your very own portal for the project. We will communicate consistently to insure we are continuing to improve those key problems.

Launch Time!
CONTROL
Now is the time to share!!!! Once all the work is completed, we will share all needed and agreed upon files in your shared folder. This is also the perfect time to share with your employees, customers and clients about all the new beautiful transformations we have embarked on.

turned graphic designer, Hannah.
elmsie isn't your typical design studio. With a background of engineering and account management in manufacturing, I bring a unique perspective to design.
I have spent 10 years honing my problem solving skills and attention to detail in collaborative environments which helps produce meaningful and thoughtful design solutions. That plus a little bit of mama bear energy sprinkled in means that you will be understood and well taken care of.
Having elmsie as your design studio, you not only have intentional creative design with an easy to follow solution. But you also have someone in your corner who can understand your business.
